SLP 230 - Adaptive Communication Technology

Description
This course introduces the student to the needs of non-oral children and adults, as well as the preparation, use, and maintenance of selected adaptive communication equipment. Emphasis is placed on the collaborative use of assistive equipment for speech, language, and hearing disorders. Transfer Credit: CSU. Enrollment Requirements: SLP 101 with a grade of "C" or higher or "Pass" or equivalent.
