BUSL 125 - Customer Service Leadership

3-0-3 (Eff. FL19) This course covers the major components of customer service, including techniques to provide information and effectively resolve customer issues through personal and electronic communication. Students will learn to use customer service as a competitive advantage by understanding the customer's perspective and identifying ways to meet or exceed their needs and expectations. Prerequisite: (Eff. FL19) BUSL 101, which may be taken concurrently.
