ECO 10150 - Principles of Management

Description
Theory and practice of the modern organization, its historic development, and its role in our modern society. The course takes a functional approach, first introducing the role of a manager and the modern managerial environment, then exploring planning, organizing, leading, and control. Particular attention is given to developing the skills necessary to manage, lead, and compete in today¿s world. Requirement Designation: Regular Liberal Arts.
