This professor deserves a solid 3.5. Tests are incredibly difficult because the problems are completely different from the tests and the homework. The class average was in the low 60's. However, he offers a ridiculous amount of extra credit to make up for this like 25% of your total grade .

Professor Pikenly is very lenient with the laboratory reports, he lets you redo them if you got a low grade. He expects you to be independent during laboratory experiments, however when you ask for help he does explain and help you. His quizzes are based on the material you learn in the lectures. He does put you on the spotlight however.
