POLS 446 CONSTITUTIONAL LAW (3-0-3)(F/S). Examination of the Constitution, as interpreted by the Supreme Court, through the case method. Powers and limitations of the judicial, legislative, and executive branches and legal significance of federalism. PREREQ: POLS 300 or PERM/INST. Enrollment Requirements: Prerequisite: POLS 300 or permission of instructor.
