An examination of theories, concepts, and research findings emerging from the various disciplines that study individual and group behavior within organizational systems. Important topics include work motivation, leadership and social influence, satisfaction, job performance, performance appraisal, group dynamics, communication, and current issues of particular interest. A project (either a literature review or case study) will be undertaken on an individual basis. Enrollment Requirements: PREREQUISITE: MGT 3300 and Admission to the Zicklin School of Business or ZUPS permission.
