ECON 6560 - Economic Analysis of Law

Description
This course uses tools of standard microeconomic theory to analyze the law and the legal system. The economic implications of legal decisions are also considered. In particular, we will focus on the following areas of law: property, contract, tort, criminal, and antitrust.
