Probably the worst teacher I've ever had. Routinely assigns 20+ hours of homework. His attitude is generally discouraging about engineering and he has said things to the affect of "If you think this is too much work, you're not good enough to be an engineer." Often uses an entire class to watch a video or something because he hasn't prepared a less

Ganguli has tarnished my interest in solid mechanics. The lectures are absolutely useless, just stay home and read his powerpoint slides because you will get from class. His HWs are randomly chosen from the book, and (when he finally gets around to grading them)he just links the soln manual. Ive never had a worse professor. Very disappointing. ASU!
