HUSV 425 - Introduction to Coordination of Care in Behavioral Health

Description
This course provides an introduction to the dynamic and fast-paced area of coordination of care in the behavioral health field. Understanding the roles, responsibilities, and the planning required in successfully managing behavioral health client cases are the key themes of this course. Students will examine many phases of client cases, starting with obtaining information and progressing to implementing and monitoring client behavioral health action plans. Enrollment Requirements: Must be a Yuma or Chandler Distance campus student.
