Scientific approach to interpersonal communication, focusing on issues that are central to understanding close relationships between romantic partners, friends, and family. Critical analysis of current theory in the field in order to compare and contrast these theories. Application of this theoretical information to the human services field. Class Notes: **Course Requisites: Acceptance into the BAS Human Services program or have instructor approval. Enrollment Requirements: Must be a UA Yuma Distance Campus student.
