NUR 3126 - Mental Health Nursing

Description
This course describes the role of the nurse as provider of care; designer, coordinator, and manager of care; and member of a profession related to meeting the mental health nursing needs of individuals experiencing alternations in mental health, in the context of families and communities. Promotion and restoration of mental health and prevention of mental illness are explored in individuals across the life span.
