ND 230 - Nutrition Assessment

Description
The course explores standards of nutrient intake, methods for measuring diets and the stregnths and weaknesses of each technique; results from National Nutrition Surveys; anthropometric techniques, for healthy and ill people; nutritional assessments in disease prevention; laboratory methods of assessing nutrients and reviews of the major theories and techniques of both individuals and group counseling methods.
