Description
This course covers the applications of fundamental managemen concepts, functions and processes by focusing on the international dimensions of business. Special emphasis is placed om strategics and the structure of modern international business management, institutional diversity, and political risk that impact international commercial activities. Pre-requisites: MG 541 or MG 640
