Features of the course include: (1) the presentation of written assignments on selected topics; (2) the injection of the interdisciplinary areas (the Humanities, etc.) where the "records" of history in art, literature and music are presented: and (3) the inclusion of creative and innovative phasw such as published compilation of historical articles written by members of the class employimg basic methodologies of historical research. The scope of the course entails the Prehistoric Era to the Fifth Century.
