Description
This course provides for a study of the ways in which the use of land is affected by physical, institutional, and economics factors. Consideration is given to farm land prices, rent, taxes, tenancy, transfer of land, procedures in acquiring land, conserving and improving land. The latter phase of this course is devoted to farm law - a brief study of some legal rules and procedures which are of particular importance to farmers.
